Obituary of Prieta Louise Aguilar

Our beloved Prieta Louise Aguilar, age 74, was called to our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, June 1, 2022.  She passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Perez Garza and Gloria Trevino Rosas.

Prieta is survived by her children, Roger Davila, Joe Davila, and Gloria Connie and her husband, Arthur; her treasured grandchildren, Joe Anthony Davila and his wife, Rikki, Dylan Davila, Grace Davila, Audrey Connie, and Charlotte Connie.  

Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.

The Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 also at Mission Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Onion Creek Memorial Park Cemetery, Austin, Texas.

Pallbearers will be Roger Davila, Joe Davila, Gloria Connie, Joe A. Davila, Dylan Davila, Grace Davila, Audrey Connie, Charlottte Connie. Honorary pallbearers are Arthur Connie and Rikki Bethea-Davila. 

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to

help protect our community.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services. 

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
