Obituary of Maria Alvarez

Our Loving Maria Alvarez, age 48 of Austin, was called to be with Our Heavenly Father on Friday, April 29th, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.

Maria is preceded in death by her Father; Eleazar Alvarez, Sr. 

She is survived by her Children; Rosemarie Salas, Johnny Salas, Jr., Johnanthony Salas, Mother; Maria DeJesus Alvarez, 2 Sisters; Esmeralda Castillo, Nancy Ontiveros, 6 Brothers; Eleazar Alavrez, Jr., Jose Alvarez, David Gonzales, Jesse Gonzales, Mario Gonzales, and Nick Gonzales, 7 Grandchildren; Xavier, Nayeli, Xavion, Lilliana, Jeremiah Hazel, and Brooklynn. 

Visitation Services will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:30 p.m., and the Funeral Liturgy Funeral at 7:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home Chapel, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin, Texas 78702.

Services for Ms. Alavrez will conclude at 9:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home Chapel.

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.
