Obituary of Jimmy Moreno

Our beloved Jasinto “Jimmy” Villalobos Moreno, age 73, was called to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, April 28, 2022. 

Jimmy is preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Villalobos Moreno; sisters, Adelia Moreno, and Maria Botello; his brother-in-law, Emil Blomquist; and granddaughter Ariana Romero.

Jimmy is survived by his wife, Lupita Nevarez Moreno; children, Melissa Romero and her husband Ben, and Monica Hernandez and her husband Adam; grandchildren, John Adam Hernandez, Benjamin Romero Jr., Nicolas Romero, Jada Hernandez, Jordyn Hernandez, Mia Romero, Julissa, Hernandez; siblings, Ben Moreno and his wife Evie, Amy Blomquist, Dora Granja and her husband Alfredo, Gloria Ramirez and her husband Aurelio, and Rachel Ramirez and her husband, Amador; brothers-in-law, Joe Moreno and George Botello; as well as, numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to
