Obituary of Jose Santiago Garcia

Jose Santiago Garcia, 63 of Austin, passed away on Monday, April 18th, 2022.

Preceded in death by his Parents; Andres M. and Anita (Ruiz) Garcia

Joe is survived by His Siblings; Marina Espinoza, Andres G. Garcia, Ismael Garcia, Ruth Ann Hernandez, Ruben Garcia Leticia Rodriguez, Frances Flores, Linda Garcia, and Rudy A. Garcia. Also survived by a host of family and friends.

Visitation Service will be held on Friday, April 22nd, 2022 at Mission Funeral Home, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin Texas from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Prayer Services at 7:00 p.m. 

Reflection of Life Services will be held on Saturday, April 23rd, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Mission Funeral Home Chapel.

Services for Mr. Garcia will conclude on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home.

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to

help protect our community.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services.
