Obituary of Harold David Gibble

Our beloved Harold David Gibble, age 53, was called to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, March 24, 2022, following a tragic accident.  He was greeted in heaven by his mother, Cindy Marley; his grandmother, Margaret Lopez; his aunts, Mary Alice Cantu and Cecilia L. Morris; his cousin, John Limón, and his nephew, Thomas Lopez, Jr.

Harold is survived by his loving wife, Christina "Chris" Gibble; his children, Meghan Gibble, Anissa Girod, and Esteban Inocencio Gibble; his grandchildren, Nevaeh Williams and Noah Rodriguez; his siblings, Roberta Lopez and Clifton Gibble, and numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please help provide support to the family as they face their future without Harold.  Cards of love and donations can be brought to the funeral home during service times or dropped off at any time convenient.

Harold's favorite color is red in support of his favorite football team, the San Francisco 49ers.  In honor of Harold, please feel free to wear red to his service.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas. Public services for Harold will end at 9:00, Thursday.

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to

help protect our community.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services. 

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
