Obituary of Mary Helen Padilla

Our Beloved Mary Helen Padilla, age 66 of Austin, passed away on Monday, February 14tyh, 2022. Mrs. Padilla is preceded in death by her husband; Richard Padilla, her Father; Jesse Trujillo, and one Sister; Susie Torres.

She is survived by Children; Annette Rodriguez, Crystal Padilla, Rick Padilla, Michael Padilla, and Mario Padilla, Mother; Minnie J. Chapa, one Sister Mary Lou Rodela, 3 Brothers; Tommy Trujillo, Jesse Trujillo, and Eddie Ray Trujillo, 20 Grandchildren, 3 Great-Grandchildren, and a host of Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. 

Visitation Services will be held on Thursday, February 17th, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin, Texas.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 18th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Julia Catholic Church, 900 Tillery St., Austin, Texas 78702.

Interment Committal Services will follow in Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S. IH-35, Austin, Texas 78704.  

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to

help protect our community.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services.
