Obituary of Ryan Matthew Garcia, Jr.
Our beloved Ryan Matthew Garcia, Jr., age 17, was called to heaven on Friday, February 11, 2022. He was greeted by his great grandfather, Johnny Martinez; his close cousin, Frankie Martinez, and great grandparents, Guadalupe and Sara Rodriguez.
Ryan is survived by his parents Ryan M. Garcia, Sr. (Jenny) and Rebecca Benavides; his sisters, Natalee Garcia, Asia Vasquez, and Alyssa Vasquez; his brothers, Ethan Garcia, Dylan Vasquez, and Devin Vasquez; his grandparents, David and Linda Molina and Jesse and Lisa Benavides, Jr.; his great grandmother, Jesusa Martinez and great grandparents, Jesse and Olivia Benavides, Sr.; his aunts and uncles, Janet Zarate (Johnny), Felicia Benavides, Lorreta Valencia, Michael Nerio, Christopher Molina, Monica Mojica (Michael), Amanda Garcia (Johnny Miller), and Seth Garcia, and numerous other loving cousins, family members, and friends.
Honored Pallbearers will be Dylan Vasquez , Johnny "Bubba" Zarate, Dennis "Bomber" Johnson, Chris Molina, Boni Alba, Matthew Molina, Alex Castro, Mike Niero, and Jayson Molina.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 25, 2022 also at Mission Funeral Home - South Side. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S. IH 35 Frontage Rd., Austin, Texas.

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,
capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.
