Judy Trevino was a force of nature. She excelled as an advocate for the public during her years of service at the Texas Department of Insurance. Yet she was not defined solely by work, as her beautiful smile and witty personality won the hearts of all who knew her. Dear Judy, requiescat in pace. Sincerely, Sandra Nicolas

As an insurance regulator who worked for several states over some 35 years I never came across any state employee who took better care of her examiners.
She was one in a million!

Daniel and family, Judy and I worked together at the Texas Department of Insurance in the late 1990's. She was the best assistant I ever knew, always on top of things and anticipating what needed to be done next. I loved working with her...her smile and laugh and thoughtfulness. I still have some gifts she gave me when we worked together. She also brought me the most delicious brisket that you cooked, the best I've ever had. My prayers and sympathy to you all. Joy

Our deepest sympathy to Daniel, Danny and the whole family for your loss. Our hearts are saddened for your loss. I've known Judy since high school and was reacquainted with her years after through my husband and sister-in-law. I'll miss Judy's laugh, fun talks and reminiscing about HS when we saw each other. Abel and I are going to miss Judy so much. Rest in Peace Judy with Blessings and Prayers to ALL the family.

Heartfelt condolences to Daniel Sr & the Trevino Family. Judy was one of my TDI co-workers who had a contagious smile that lit up a room, when she would enter. She was truly a hard worker whom I admired and I called her friend and I will truly miss her. RIP Judy
