Obituary of Manuel Melendrez

Our Beloved Manuel Melendrez, age 49 of San Antonio, Texas, was called by Our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, January 18, 2022.

Preceded in death by His Father; Benito Melendrez and Brother; Richard Melendrez.

Manuel is survived by His Mother; Annabell Lara, Son; Manuel Melendrez, Jr., Daughter; Emiana Melendrez, Brothers; Benito Melendrez, Abel Melendrez, Daniel Melendrez (Samantha), Samuel Melendrez (Helen), and Philip Melendrez (Rosario), Sisters; Josephine Ruiz (Antonio), Christina Mendoza, Monica Melendrez and Victoria Sambrano (Gabriel), and a Hosts of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and extended loving family.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, with Prayers Services at 7:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home Chapel, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez.

Services will conclude at the closing of Chapel on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at 9:00 p.m.

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to

it is recommended that you not attend services.
