Obituary of Vera Gonzales

Our Beloved Vera Gonzales, age 47 of Del Valle, passed away on Wednesday, January 12th, 2022. Preceded in death by Her Mother Dolores Gonzales in 2015.

Vera is survived by her Siblings; Sister; Elizabeth Esquivel, Brother; Pete Romero, Maternal Grandparents; Frank and Rebecca Gonzales, 2 Aunts; Irene Mata and Charmaine Delgadillo. She is also survived by a host of Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. 

Visitation Services will be held on Saturday, January 22nd, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home Chapel, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin Texas.

Services will conclude at the conclusion of the Visitation at 9:00 p.m.

The family is requesting that masks be worn in the funeral home.

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to

help protect our community.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services. 

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
