Obituary of Juventina Martinez

Our Beloved Juventina Martinez, 88 years of age, was called home by Our Heavenly Father, on Thursday, January 6th, 2022,  surrounded by her loving family.

Preceded in death by Her Husband; Silverio Martinez, Sr., and Parents; Jose Maria "Chemita" Cantu and Maria Adame Cantu.

Juventina is survived by Her Children; Lupe Patina, Silverio Martinez, Jr., Rudy Martinez, Richard Martinez, Sr., Mary Ann Martinez, Ruben Martinez, and Raymond Martinez. She is also survived by Her Siblings; Ernestina Coy, Justo Cantu, Frank Cantu Sr., Pete Cantu, Janie Hernandez, Catarina Arredondo, Esperanza Rayos, 19 Grandchildren, 34 Great-Grandchildren, 18 Great-Great-Grandchildren, and a host of Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 12th, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home Chapel, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin, Texas.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 13th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 2208 E. 2nd St., Austin, Texas 78702.

Interment Committal Services will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
