Obituary of Terrence L. Casey
Terrence L Casey was called to his eternal home by our Heavenly Father on November 27, 2021. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, cousin, and over all human being. His love, smile and twinkle in his eye for life with always be one of the many ways of spreading love. He will always remembered to all those who were blessed to know and meet him. Many will remember his Santa alter ego which was actually a true part of his nature and one his many ways of spreading the love of Our Father in heaven. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, of 37 years, MaryJane Alonzo Casey; parents, James Casey and Joann Lavae Back; and his brother, Thomas Casey.
“But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” Isiah 40:31
Terrence is survived by his children, Terry Casey, and Tammy Carrizales, and her husband Chris; grandchildren, Breana Casey, Emily casey and Corey casey; great grandson, Karson Cole Maldonado, as well as numerous other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-9:00 p.m. with Eulogies beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 17, 2021 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas. Services be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Bannockburn Baptist, 7100 Brodie Ln. Austin, Texas 78745. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery, reunited with his wife, MaryJanue, 3650 S. IH 35 Frontage Rd., Austin, Texas.
