Obituary of Raymond Fabian
Our beloved Raymond M. Fabian, age 71 of Bastrop, Texas passed away peacefully and entered eternal life to be with Our Heavenly Father on October 18th, 2021.
Raymond “Memo” was born in Austin, Texas in 1950 and was from the Montopolis area.
He was born to Guadalupe and Adela (Maldonado) Fabian, who both proceeded him in death. He was one of twelve children. Six brothers and six sisters. He is proceeded in death by brothers Isabel Fabian, Cecilio “Chilo” Fabian, Benito Fabian, George “Goyo” Fabian, and Sister Jacinta Fabian.
Raymond is survived by his wife Olivia Serrano Fabian, who he was married to for 32 years. He is survived by their two sons Raymond Fabian II and Emilio Serrano. He is also survived by his older children, sons, Eric Fabian, James Fabian, Christopher Fabian, Benny Fabian, Randy Guzman, Fabian Guzman, and one daughter Shirley Guzman.
He is proceeded in death by one son, Ramoncio Fabian. He is survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is also survived by one brother, Guadalupe Fabian Jr. and four sisters, Pauline F. Renteria, and deceased husband Joe, Josie F. Nanyes and husband Frank, Esperanza F. Valdez and husband Pete, Beatrice F. Gomez and husband Michael.
Serving as Pallbearers will be; Anthony A. Renteria, Pete Valdez Jr., Dennis F. Reyes, Eric Fabian, Emilio Serrano, and Raymond Fabian II.
Visitation will commence at 9:00 am, Friday, October 29th,2021 at Mission Funeral Home- Heritage Chapel, East Cesar Chavez, with Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 p.m. at Dolores Catholic Church, 1111 Montopolis Dr. Austin, Texas.
Interment Committal Service will follow at the Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S. IH – 35, Austin, Texas.
