My Aunt Vira was a force to be reckoned with! She was a strong, caring, beautiful, outspoken woman. I will always remember her mesmerizing eyes. I loved being in her home, playing with all my wonderful cousins. One memory that stays with me happened at Aunt Armida’s house. My Sisters and I were cooking breakfast for the Family. My Aunt Vira stood next to me as I made her eggs. She looked up at me and said “ Don’t you burn my eggs now”. The pressure was on! I did NOT burn her eggs. I cherish this memory. It makes me smile. I love my Aunt Vira. Bye bye for now.
