Nena, I miss you already, I think I will miss you forever. Mom will miss your Monday 9am calls where yall would talk about the weather, matas and novelas. I'll miss talking to you every Wednesday morning, we would talk about football, soccer and baseball.
You used to come to mass at Dolores Church with me and Mom . Me you and Betti were venders at the Dolores Church Arts and Crafts Show.
Remember your weekend visits when we would binge on movies?
Before the pandemic we could visit and celebrate birthdays and holidays together. I made spaghetti and chocolate cake for your birthdays. Christmas Eve was always at Maggies'. The Ancira Cookie Parties were always the best! New Years Day was always Menudo Day...even tho you didn't care for it. We used to have Tamaladas and Mom and all her daughters came.
You loved the Saints (Drew Brees), you liked the Cowboys (a little) but you loved, loved loved the Longhorns.
I will miss you forever and a day and will always love you.
