Obituary of Mark Anthony Rodriguez

Our beloved Mark  "Ears, Marky, Bub, Big Head, Tiger" Anthony Rodriguez, age 26, of Austin, Texas, was called to our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, September 22, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Margaret and Moises Rodriguez; his grandmothers,Terry Rodriguez, Stella Lozano, and Frances S. Munoz. 

He is survived by his children, Izaiah Rodriguez, Ava & Astrid Edward, his girlfriend, Nicole Hernandez, his parents, Mary & Jose Alvarez and Jesse Jr. & Eliza Munoz; his siblings, Whitney Munoz, Lisette Munoz, Madelyn Alvarez, Sulema Munoz, Mariel Munoz, Apolinia Munoz, and Leonidas Munoz; his grandfathers, Moses Rodriguez Jr.,  Jesse Munoz Sr., his grandmother, Jovita Rodriguez; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, and many other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 4, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel, 6204 S. 1st Street, Austin, Texas 78745.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday morning, October 5, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel, 6204 S. 1st Street, Austin, Texas 78745.

Due to the Coronavirus /  COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask

and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services. 

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
