Obituary of Ramon Arroyo

Our beloved Ramon Ruben Arroyo Jr., was called home to our Heavenly Father on Saturday, September 18, 2021.

He was preceded by his parents, Ramon Arroyo Sr. and Natalia Cruz Arroyo; siblings,  Evelyn Arroyo and Monica Johnson.

Ramon is survived by his life partner, Rosemary Arroyo; children, Evan Abigail Martinez (Felipe), Ruben Anthony Rivera (Tonia), 5 step children, 9 grandchildren, 16 step grandchildren, 3 siblings, including Nancy Cruz;  and numerous loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a prayer service beginning  at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 26, 2021, at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 South 1st St., Austin, Texas 78745.

Due to the Coronavirus /  COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask

and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services. 

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
