Obituary of Andy Luna Morones

Our beloved Andy Morones, age 39, was called to our Heavenly Father unexpectedly on Sunday, August 8, 2021.  He was preceded in death by his father, Louis Morones, Sr.; his brother, Louis Morones, Jr., and his grandparents.

Andy is survived by his wife Jenniffer Monreal; his young children, Adalyn AnitaMorones and Melissa Gloria Morones; his mother, Ramona L. Morones; his siblings, Jaime Morones (Briana Wilkins), Erick Morones, and Melissa Morones; his nieces and nephews, Julius Jaime Morones, Jr., Erick Morones, Jr., Henry Louis Morones, Abraham Louis Morones, and Reyna Brianna Morones, in additional to numerous other loving family members.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.

A Scripture Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 19, 2021 also at Mission Funeral Home - South Side.  Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S. IH 35 Frontage Rd., Austin, Texas.

The family of Andy Morones respectfully request those who would 

like to attend to wear a mask.  In advance, they thank you for your support.

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to

help protect our community.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services. 

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
