From Letty Grantham, a friend and co-worker at Texas Cosmetology Commission and Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation. Bebe was the coolest person and leader I had the pleasure of knowing and working with. The knowledge, experience, passion, and ideas she had for our cosmetology industry was amazing. She listened, she cared, she helped to no end to make things better. We relied on her for advise and support. She always supported and cared for the public’s needs..and did it with pride and a smile. I will miss her guidance. My condolences to the Perez Family and extended family and friends. The pictures posted are from TDLR’s Employee Recognition Team 2019 luncheon, in which Bebe was a member for years.
