Obituary of Trinidad S. Estrada

Our beloved Trinidad S. Estrada, age 90, was called to our Heavenly Father on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 9, 2021.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 plus years, Manuel Estrada, Jr.; her children, Loyola Estrada Barron and Gloria A. Estrada, and her siblings, Victor Segura, Cleto Segura, Manuel Segura, Louisa Flores, Antonia Segura, Tina Dominguez, Connie Ruiz, and Inez Rosales.

Trinidad is survived by her loving children, Mary E. DeLeon and her husband, Jerardo, and Manuel Estrada, Jr. III; 10 grandchildren, George Lopez, Arnold Lopez, Mario Barron, Regina Gonzalez (Alfonso), Veronica DeLeon (Tony Jimenez), Jerardo DeLeon, Jr. (Melissa Alcoces), Georgette Gonzales, Lisa Gonzales (Eduardo Hernandez), Orlando Gonzales (MaryLou Rodriguez), and Alyssa Warfard (Charlie); her sister Felipa Guerrero (Jose); 22 great grandchildren, 17 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Texas.  Rosary will be live-streamed via Mission - East Side FaceBook Live

Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 2nd St. and Robert T. Martinez St., Austin, Texas.  Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to

help protect our community.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services. 

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
