Obituary of Harold Urias Sr.

Our beloved Harold Lee Urias Sr., age 89, of Austin, Texas, was called home on Tuesday, May 4, 2021.

He is reunited with his beloved wife, Mary Ruth Gomez Urias; his parents, Santana A. Urias and Lizzie Castro Urias; his siblings, Domingo Urias, Frank Urias, Christina Urias, and Connie Urias Martinez; his daugher in law, Martha Cruz Urias. 

Harold is survived by his children, Harold Lee Urias Jr.. Steve Urias (Lori), and John Santana Urias (Kelly); his siblings, Santana C. Urias, Mary Urias Glover, and Mary Helen Reichert; 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and many other loving family and friends. 

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., with a scripture service beginning at 2:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel, 6204 S. 1st Street, Austin, Texas, 78745.

Due to the Coronavirus /  COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask

and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services. 

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
