Obituary of Henry Bocanegra Granado, Jr.
Our beloved Henry Bocanegra Granado, Jr., age 50, was called to our Heavenly Father on Monday, March 22, 2021. He joins in heaven his mother, Mary Bocanegra Godinez and his sister, Stephanie Ibarra.
Henry is survived by his wife, Patricia Granado; his son, Frankie Gonzalez; his granddaughter, Alize Gonzalez; his father, Henry Granado, Sr. and wife, Sylvia; his siblings, Jeffrey Granado, Danny Granado, Sally Alvarez, Armando Alvarez, Jr., Dulce Granado, and Enrique Granado and numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
Lie in State will be held from 5:00-6:00 on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Mission Funeral Home - East Side. This time has been created for those who will pay their respects and plan then to participate in his services via live-stream. Capacity is limited to 60 family members and close friends for services. Honored pallbearers will be Jeffrey Granado, Raymond "Rage" Mendoza, Louie Salazar, Casmiro "Jr" Granado, Mando "Tanner" Martinez, and Alfred "Lil' A" Soriano.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Texas.
A Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, also at Mission Funeral Home - East Side. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S. IH 35 Frontage Rd., Austin, Texas.

Due to the Coronavirus / COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,
capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.
Capacity is set at 60 people at Mission Funeral Home - East Side
Each person entering the funeral home, church, and
cemetery will be required to wear a mask
and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.
If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,
it is recommended that you not attend services.
