Obituary of Jesse Rodriguez Jaime
Our beloved, Jesse Rodriguez Jaime, age 92, was called to our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, March 16, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Elizabeth Felan Jaime; his sons, Rudy Jaime and Roy Jaime; his parents, Theodore and Bridget Jaime, and his siblings, Oscar Jaime, Theodore Jaime, Carmen Reyna, and Amparo Jaime. Jesse proudly serviced our county as a member of the United States Army and is a Korean War veteran.
Jesse is survived by his children, Jesse Jaime and wife, Rosa, Jimmy Jaime and wife, Christine, Joe Jaime and wife, Josie, Rene Jaime, Wayne Jaime and wife, Laura, and Yvette Aleman and husband, Robert; his brother, Ruben Jaime and wife, Linda; his sisters, Lily Mercado and husband, Jesse, and Ida Trawick; 18 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
Honored Pallbearers will be Jimmy Jaime, Wayne Jaime, Robert Aleman, Robert Aleman, Jr., Jaime Reyna and Hector Jaime. Serving as an Honorary Pallbearer will be Ashley Aleman.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-9:00 p.m. with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 6 pm on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Texas.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, March 22, 2021 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 9th St. & Lydia St., Austin, Texas. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S. IH 35 Frontage Rd., Austin, Texas.

Due to the Coronavirus / COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,
capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.
Each person entering the funeral home, church, and
cemetery will be required to wear a mask
and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.
If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,
it is recommended that you not attend services.
