Our beloved Cresencia ?Chencha? S. Hernandez, age 68, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday April 22, 2003. Mrs. Hernandez was the owner of Rio Rita Lounge for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her beloved Husband Joe Hernandez, beloved Father David Soriano and her Brother Louis Soriano.?We love you Mother dear, you were there to hold our hands, when we needed you. With forethought, you mended the way for us, you shared our dreams, achievments, and rewards. With tender care, you soothed our hearts and troubles. We know that our Lord has made a place for you in heaven. When you look upon us, you will see our love for you blossom in our daily deeds, so Mother rest in peace. May almighty God bless you.? Hernandez, Carmen Godinez, JoAnn Vazquez, Isabel Hernandez, Josephine Olivares, Angie Godinez and Vicente Hernandez, Beloved Mother; Rafaela Gonzales, Sisters; Higinia Rodela and Antonia Medina, Brothers; Manuel Soriano, David Soriano and Samuel Soriano all of Austin. 15 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren survive her. Recitation of rosary Thursday 7:30pm at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Ressurection will be celebrated Friday 10:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. J.C. Cain, OMI will officiate. Committal services to follow at Assumption Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Jose Hernandez, Isaac Olivares, Richard Rangel, Rudy Rodela, David Soriano, David Crocket Soriano and Jesus Vazquez. Honorary pallbearers are Chino Rangel, Juan Godinez, Leon Hernandez, John Hernandez, Jr., Manuel ?Cowboy? Donley and her Granddaughters.
