Obituary of Alfred "Freddie" Rodriguez, Sr.
Alfred "Freddie" Rodriguez, Sr., age 51, loving husband, father, Pa Pa, son and brother, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on January 10, 2021. Freddie was born on August 17, 1969, in Austin, Texas. He is preceded in death by step-father, Louis M. Calvo Sr.; brothers Louis R. Calvo, Jr. and Joey Tips, along with other loving family members.
He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Patricia Rodriguez; his beloved children, Alfred Rodriguez Jr. (Alysa), and Analicia Rodriguez; granddaughter, Avery Rodriguez; father, Alfred Tips; mother, Benita Rodriguez-Calvo; brother, Jose Manuel Calvo Sr.; sister, Leticia Calvo Rosas (Rogelio Jr.); sister-in-law, Dolores Banda; nephews, Jose Calvo Jr., Raul Calvo, Alvaro Calvo, Fernando Anguiano; Nieces, Marisa Calvo, Kymberly Beltran, Avigail Rosas, Aubriella Rosas.
He will be deeply missed by the Rodriguez, Calvo, Tips, Rosas, Quintero and numerous loving family members and friends. Freddie was a one of a kind man, and will never be forgotten by the many people he touched. His legacy will continue through all of those he loved. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., with Funeral Services beginning at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, January 29, 2021, at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas. Interment will follow at Phelan Cemetery, 287 Sayers Rd., Bastrop, Texas.

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.
Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask

it is recommended that you not attend services.
