Obituary of Delma Castillo

Our beloved Delma Ann Esparza Castillo, age 61, was called home Sunday, November 22, 2020.

Delma was carefree, always had a smile on her face, and could make anyone laugh. She was a fighter, and she fought until her last breath. She will be missed and remembered always. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Julia N. Esparza; and brother, Michael Esparza.

Delma is survived by her father, Salvador Esparza; two daughters, Denise Alvarado, and Danyelle Arbuckle and fiancé Frank Guerrero; grandchildren, Jonathan C. Martinez, Gabriel W. Martinez, Isabella J. Martinez and, Leo G. Alvarado; two sisters, Laura Martinez and husband Jesse, and Annette Esparza; nieces and nephews, Alaina Martinez, Matthew Esparza, Claudea Gadison and husband Cameron, and Emilee Martinez; as well as numerous beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, family friends and cherished pets, Bella & KiKi.

Due to the Coronavirus /  COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask

and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services.

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
