Obituary of Yolanda Bustos Rodriguez

Our beloved Yolanda Bustos Rodriguez, age 61, was called to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, November 19, 2020.  She was preceded in death by her father, Eulalio Bustos and her brothers, Juan Bustos and John Sosa, Jr.

Yolanda is survived by her mother, Maria Louisa Bustos Sosa and husband, John; her siblings, Gloria B. Saucedo and her husband, Charles, Antonio Bustos, Ofelia M. Zapata and her husband, Tim, Pedro Bustos and his wife, Olivia, Maria B. Guajardo and her husband, Raymond, Eulalio Bustos, Jr. and his wife, Sheree, Nicolasa Bustos Kahmann and her husband, Luke, Mary Ann Fields and her husband, Rex, Salli Sablan and her husband, Rick, BJ Gibson, Gloria Mayfield, Richard Sosa and Jesse Sosa; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life will begin at 5:00 p.m., followed by Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 23, 2020 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas. 

A Memorial Mass will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 4, 2020 at San Jose Catholic Church, 2435 Oak Crest Ave., Austin, Texas.

Services will be live-streamed to allow those unable to attend to participate.  San Jose Catholic Church

Due to the Coronavirus /  COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask

and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services. 

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
