Our beloved Alicia S. Martinez, age 69, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday February 23, 2003. Ms. Martinez was preceded in death by her parents Pedro and Maria Inez Soliz and one Brother Salvador Soliz.She is survived by her Beloved Daughter; Annette Martinez Penry and husband James, 2 Granddaughters; Brianna and Amanda Penry all of Austin, 2 Sisters; Mate Melendez and Olivia Juarez both of Harlingen, Tx., 2 Brothers; Joe Soliz of Harlingen, TX. and Felipe Soliz of Austin.
Recitation of rosary Tuesday at 7:30pm at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday 11:00am at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Franciscan Friars will officiate. Committal Services to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
The Martinez family wishes to express their gratutude to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at South Austin Medical Center for their care and support given to our mother during her illness
Serving as pallbearers will be her Nephews.
