Obituary of Mariah Lisette Arriaga
Our dearest Mariah Lisette Arriaga, age 22, was called by our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, August 19, 2020.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Raul Salazar Sr; her uncles, George and Ross Nuncio, and her great-grandparents, Rosendo and Alicia Nuncio.
She is survived by her parents, Alicia Salazar and Michael Arriaga; her siblings, Analicia, Michael Ray, and Marcelino Arriaga; her grandmother, Janie Salazar; her aunts Cindy Salazar, Victoria Arriaga, Ester Arriaga (Frank Cuellar); and her uncles Raul Salazar, Jr., Fermin Tijerina Jr., Rafael Arriaga(Victoria Guerrero); and many other family and friends.
Mariah was a happy and brave little girl; a former cheerleader at Del Valle High School, she was always smiling and cheerful. She was loved dearly by many. The family would like to thank the medical team at Dell Children's Hospital and Dell Seton Medical Center for all their loving and one of a kind care through the years of Mariah's life. We also want to give thanks to all her family and friends for their love and support.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, 10:00 a.m., at St. Julia Catholic Church, 3010 Lyons Rd., Austin, Texas 78702.
Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
