Our beloved Mary A. Arriaga, age 72, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday December 30, 2002.She was preceded in death by her Father Refugio Avila, her Father and Mother in-law Reyes and Nicanora Arriaga, Sister in-law Sabina Carlos and a Brother in-law Marcelino Arriaga. Survivors include: Beloved Husband of 53 years; Salvador Arriaga of Austin, Children; Salvador Arriaga, Jr., Diana Larson, Edward David Arriaga all of Austin, Felix Ray Arriaga, Gilbert Dominic both of Houston and Sonya Marie Rodriguez of Lexington, TX., Sisters; Consuelo Flores, Janie Garza, Josephine Mendez all of Austin and Margaret dela Rosa of San Jose CA.. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren. Recitation of rosary Thursday 7:00pm at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday 11:00am at St. Julia Catholic Church. Mngr. Lonnie Reyes to officiate. Committal service and entombment will follow at the Mausoleum of Assumption Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are her Grandsons. Honorary pallbearer will be Dominic Reyes The Arriaga family wishes to extend their gratitude to Dr. Ronald Salmond and the staff of the Moncrief Dialysis Center for their care and love given to our mother. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Moncrief Dialysis Center in memory of Mrs. Arriaga.
