Obituary of Juan Jose Ovalle

Our Beloved Juan Jose Ovalle, age 73, of Austin, Texas, was called by our Heavenly Father on Thursday, July 9, 2020.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesus Ovalle and Rita Rodriguez Ovalle; sons, Raymond Rodriguez and Joe Rodriguez.

He is survived by his loving wife Margarita Ovalle; children: Joel Rodriguez, Isabel Homann, Gloria Vasquez, Rudolfo Rodriguez, and Gilbert Rodriguez; brother, Jesse Alvarado; 17 Grandchildren; 27 Great grandchildren; 1 Great grandchild on the way; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary to begin at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2020 at Mission Funeral Home – South Side. (Limit 60 Guests / Mask Required) You may participate live via Facebook at Mission Funeral Home - South Side 

Services are being live-streamed to allow participcation by those who can not be present.  We advise those who want to participate via live-stream to log on to Facebook prior to the services to insure you know how to log on. You must have your own Facebook Page as well.  There is no additional staff on duty at the time of the service to help with logging on and getting connected.

Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Assumption Cemetery. (Limit 60 Guests / Masks Required)
