Our beloved Elvira G. Gonzalez, age 77, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday November 24, 2002. Survivors include: Children: Elaine Gonzalez of Houston, Texas., Stanley Gonzalez of San Antonio, Texas., Tinky Gonzalez Trevino and Alicia Gonzalez of Austin, Texas. She is also survived by her brother?s and sister?s: Susie Ojeda of Chicago, Ill., Tony Munguia, Emmit Munguia, Jr., Hortencia Jimenez all of Austin, Odell Lopez of Los Angeles, California and Felix Munguia of Austin. Three grandchildren: Danylle Davila, Katherine Gonzalez, Adam Salinas. She is preceded in death by her first husband; Lalo Gonzalez, second husband Frank Saldana, and a grandson Matthew Gonzalez.
Recitation of rosary Tuesday November 26, 2002, 7:30 P.M. at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday November 27, 2002, 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. J.C. Cane will Officiate. Interment will follow in Austin Memorial Park Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be the family.
