Hampton Davis, age 45, resident of Austin passed away on Friday November 22, 2002. Some people have wings and don?t even know it. Hampton was one of those people. He touched the hearts of many and never knew a stranger. Hampton is survived by: his partner, Jimmie Dobbs, Mother, Jo Stutzman, Daddy, Loyd E. Davis, Jr,. Brothers Mikeal Davis and J.C. Baker; Sisters, Sharon DeLong, Linda Jackson and three nieces and two nephews and special friend, Tony Alsman.
Visitation to begin at 10:00 AM on Tuesday November 26, 2002 in the Mission Funeral Home Chapel, with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 AM. Services are to conclude in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers and gifts, contributions will be graciously accepted at the Christopher House, Austin, TX. or the Wellness Center of Austin. Following the Chapel service a Celebration of Hampton?s Life will take place at the home of Mikeal Davis from 1PM to 5 PM.
