Obituary of Raudel Serrano Alvarez

Our beloved Raudel Serrano Alvarez, age 26, was called to our Heavenly Father on Friday, June 19, 2020, following a tragic accident.  

He is survived by his parents, Raudel Serrano and Consuelo Alvarez Serrano; his siblings, Fernando Serrano and his wife, Amy, Christina Serrano, and Michael Serrano; his aunts and uncles, Guadalupe Alvarez, Rosa Alvarez, Elena Alvarez, Louisa Alvarez, Juan Alvarez, Manuel Alvarez, Ramiro Alvarez, Mauricio Alvarez, Leopoldo Alvarez, Fortino Serrano, Atanacio Serrano, Marin Serrano, Antonio Serrano, Ramiro Serrano, Herlinda Serrano, and Henoveba Serrano, and nunerous cousins, other loving family and friends.

It is the wish of the Serrano Family that all who attend services for Raudel wear white instead of black. 

Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2020, at Mission Funeral Home - 6204 S. First St, Austin, Texas.

A Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 26, 2020, at Mision Cristiana Maranatha Church, 12101 Deane Rd., Manchaca, Texas.  Burial will follow.

Nuestro querido Raudel Serrano Álvarez, de 26 años, fue llamado a nuestro Padre Celestial el viernes 19 de junio de 2020, después de un trágico accidente.

Le sobreviven sus padres, Raudel Serrano y Consuelo Alvarez Serrano; sus hermanos, Fernando Serrano y su esposa, Amy, Christina Serrano y Michael Serrano; sus tías y tíos, Guadalupe Alvarez, Rosa Alvarez, Elena Alvarez, Louisa Alvarez, Juan Alvarez, Manuel Alvarez, Ramiro Alvarez, Mauricio Alvarez, Leopoldo Alvarez, Fortino Serrano, Atanacio Serrano, Marin Serrano, Antonio Serrano, Ramiro Serrano, Herlinda Serrano, y Henoveba Serrano, y primos nunerous, otros familiares y amigos amorosos.

Es el deseo de la Familia Serrano que todos quien vienen a los servicios se visten de blanco en vez de negro. 

La visita comenzará a las 3:00 p.m. con un servicio de oración a partir de las 6:00 p.m. el jueves 25 de junio de 2020, en Mission Funeral Home - 6204 S. First St, Austin, Texas.

Un servicio fúnebre comenzará a las 10:00 a.m.del viernes 26 de junio de 2020 en la Iglesia Mision Cristiana Maranatha, 12101 Deane Rd., Manchaca, Texas. El entierro seguirá.

Due to the Coronavirus /  COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask

and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services. 

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
