Obituary of Robert Perez Flores, Jr.

Our beloved Robert Perez Flores, Jr., age 77, resident of Austin, was born into Eternal Life on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. He is reunited with his parents, Robert Y. Flores and Catherine Perez Flores; his brother Alberto Flores; and his sisters, Connie Flores and Margaret Flores. 

Robert is survived by his children, Robert Perez Flores, III, and Paul Flores; the mother of his children, Paula Herrera Castro; her children, whom he loved as his own; Frances Carmona, Joann Carmona Candelas, and Juan Carmona, Jr.; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; his siblings, Carol Sosa, and her husband, Antonio, Diana Flores, Rudy Flores, Gloria Flores (Robert); numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends. 

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, Texas. 

The following morning, Monday, June 1, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., a Funeral Mass will be held at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 2208 East Second Street, Austin, Texas. 

Inurnment committal service will be taking place Friday, April 29th, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S IH-35, Austin, Tx, 78704.
