Going to truly miss you my friend. Very quiet guy but I managed to get in a conversation from time to time and a good laugh. You definitely going to be missed over in the stockroom. It was a pleasure working with him. Rest in peace my friend, rest in peace. JD

I had the opportunity to get to know Joe on a project he and I were working on when I first started at the company. He was quiet when I first met him but grew into his comfort zone and showed his awesome sense of humor as we were working together. He was always patient and kind in all of my encounters with him. I offer my sincere condolences to his family. He will be missed greatly and will be in our hearts forever.

I was fortunate to have known Joe and was his hiring manager at Tracor (now BAE Systems) many years ago. Joe was a quiet guy but was always able to get his point of view across to his team. When Joe spoke, people listened and could easily tell when he was serious or joking. He was the kind of guy who could light up a room with his smile. He was always ready to contribute to the success of his department and would easily accept any assignment that was given him and always performed his very best. He accepted responsibility well and was a significant part of the Stockroom team. Even though I haven't worked closely with Joe over the last few years, I will be one of many who will miss him. I offer my most sincere condolences to his family at this time but know that Joe is now in a much better place.

I worked with Joe for almost 20 years. My memory of Joe will be our greeting of "Que Paso Joe?". Every time I saw him I would say it and he would smile at me and say "AYE". I will miss very much. It is not the same around here. =Tran

I worked with Joe for 10 years at Bae Systems. Joe had a great sense of humor that I learned to appreciate over the years. Joe always discussed how he thought things should work most efficiently but was willing to try new things when he saw the change was positive. Joe was always willing to support the team if he was needed for additional work. He worked independently on 2d shift. Joe will be missed by his friends at BAE Systems. We had a dinner planned to talk about his ideas for improvements in his work flow. Our Prayers and Condolences go out to his family.
