Obituary of Pascual Nandin Hernandez

Our beloved Pascual Nandin Hernandez, age 83, resident of Austin, was born into Eternal Life on Tuesday, May 19, 2020. He is reunited with his son, Eddie Hernandez; his first wife, Lillie Lopez Hernandez; and his parents, Alex Pascual Hernandez and Mary Nandin Hernandez. 

Pascual is survived by his wife, Rubinia Hernandez; his children, Cynthia Ann Valerie Hernandez, Steven Hernandez, Pascual Hernandez, and his wife, Diana, Sandra Briones, and her husband, Ricardo, Adolph Hernandez, and his wife, Betty, Roxann Hernandez-Krebs, and her husband, Steven, Sharon Marie Garza, and her husband, Antonio, and Fred T. Hernandez; his step-children, Wilmer McDermedith and Samira McDermedith; 32 grandchildren and 50 great-grandchildren, with one more on the way; his siblings, Rachel Cortez, and her husband, Fernando, and Robert Hernandez; many nieces, nephews, other family members, and numerous friends. 

Lie-In-State will be on Monday, May 25, 2020, from 3:00 p.m. -  5:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, Texas. A Private Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., with Private Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m... 

The following morning, Tuesday, May 26, 2020, a Private Funeral Liturgy will be held at 11:00 a.m., also at Mission Funeral Home. 

Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery. 

Due to the Coronavirus /  COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

Visitation, Service, and Burial are limited to 30 people.

If you will be attending, masks are required.  You only need where them in situations where social distancing is not an option so please bring a mask in case you need it.
