Obituary of Eulalio R. Samarripa

Our Beloved Eulalio R. Samarripa, age 73, of Austin, Texas, was called Home on Sunday, April 12, 2020.

Eulalio was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 47 years, Geneva Samarripa; parents, Luz & Maria Samarripa; sisters: Sandra Rodriguez, Janie Maldonado, and Bartola Reynero; and brother, Alfredo Samarripa.

He is survived by his children: Maryjane Samarripa (Alex), Eulalio Samarripa Jr., Sylvia Rodriguez (Roy), Joanne Samarripa, Paul Samarripa (Anna), Elizabeth Samarripa, Michael Samarripa, Christina Samarripa (Joe), David Samarripa, Joe Manuel Samarripa (Rosemary) Geneva Menchaca (Julio), Roseanne Samarripa (Richard), Sebastian Samarripa, Janie Marie Samarripa, Gloria Samarripa, and Rosemary, Michael, and Martin; sister, Natalia Rodriguez; brothers, Elias, Jesse, and Juan Samarripa; 35 grandchildren; 46 great grandchildren; and numerous other loving family and friends.

Due to the Coronavirus /  COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

Public services will NOT be held.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2020.

Mass of Christian Burial at Dolores Catholic Church and Interment Assumption Cemegtery will be private.

Pallbearers will be Paul Samarripa, Michael Samarripa, Joe Manuel Samarripa, Sebastian Samarripa, Enrique Ramirez, Antonio Cazares Jr., Ceasar Castillo Jr., and Guadalupe Garza.
