Obituary of Ramiro H. Ochoa

Nuestro amado Ramiro H. Ochoa, de 90 años de edad, fue llamado por nuestro Padre Celestial el jueves, 26 de marzo, 2020. Fue precedido en la muerte por sus padres, Filiberto y Costanza Ochoa; su hermano, Ernesto Ochoa; hermana, Rebeca Ochoa; y yerno, Abel Gonzalez. 

A Ramiro le sobrevive su esposa, con quien el compartio 57 años en matrimonio, Gloria Ochoa; sus hijos, Ramiro Ochoa, Jr. (Josie), Gloria Gonzalez, Cesar Ochoa (Debbie), Rusbel Ochoa, y Mario Ochoa; su hermano, Gonzalo Ochoa; 18 nietos, nueve bisnietos, y numerosos sobrinos, otros familiares, y amigos. 

Visitacion publico se realizara entre 2:00 - 5:00 p.m., el martes, 31 de marzo, 2020, en Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First Street, Austin, Texas. Un Rosario privado empesara a las 7:00 p.m. esa misma noche. El Rosario sera publicada por Facebook Live para que los que no son presentes pueden participar. Servicios para Sr. Ochoa terminaran al fin de la tarde. Sr. Ochoa regresara a su hogar en Los Ramones, Nuevo Leon para servicios adicionales y entierro en una fecha posterior. 

Our beloved Ramiro H. Ochoa, age 90, was called to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, March 26, 2020.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Filiberto and Costanza Ochoa; his brother, Ernesto Ochoa; sister, Rebeca Ochoa; and son-in-law, Abel Gonzalez

Ramiro is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Gloria Ochoa; his children, Ramiro Ochoa, Jr. (Josie), Gloria Gonzalez, Cesar Ochoa (Debbie), Rusbel Ochoa, and Mario Ochoa; his brother, Gonzalo Ochoa; 18 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Public visitation will be held between 2:00-5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.  Private Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday evening.  The Rosary will use Facebook Live to allow those not present to participate.  You may connect with us at 7:00 p.m. for Rosary through this link: Mission Facebook Live Feed.

Services will conclude for Mr. Ochoa at the end of the evening.  Mr. Ochoa will return home to Los Ramones, Nuevo Leon for additional services and burial at a later date.

Coronavirus COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin

Due to the latest Coronavirus Restrictions, implemented on March 17, 2020 by the City of Austin and Travis County, visitation will be limited to 10 people in the chapel at all times.

Please feel free to pay your respects between 2:00-5:00 p.m. Mr. Ochoa's family will be holding a Private Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2020.
