Obituary of Margaret Capetillo

Our beloved Margaret Capetillo, age 72, resident of Austin, was born into Eternal Life on March 16, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleofas and Belia Guerrero and her brother, David Guerrero.

Margaret is survived by her husband of 45 years, Cruz Capetillo; her children, Roxanne Capetillo (David Espinosa), Andrew Capetillo, Adrian Capetillo, and Adam Capetillo; her grandchildren, Darrell Cano, Lisa Cano, Angela Capetillo, Adam Capetillo, Jr., Ariana Capetillo, Matthew Capetillo, and Michael Capetillo; great-grandchildren, Darrell Cano, Jr., and TerryLynn Cano; her sisters, Carmen Riojas, Rebecca Castillo, Alice Ramirez, Stella Mota, Jeanette Guerrero, and Virginia Casarez; her brothers, Raymond Guerrero, Joe Guerrero, Clifford Guerrero, Lawrence Guerrero, Leonard Guerrero, and Edward Guerrero, and numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Texas will host a visitation from 10:00-12:00, Friday, March 20, 2020.  A Private Rosary and Scripture Service will begin at noon.  Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.

Coronavirus Restrictions from the City of Austin

Tuesday, March 17, 2020 Mayor Steve Adler issued an order prohibiting events and other community gatherings of more than 10 people. People who are at the highest risk from the disease, such as elderly people and people with pre-existing conditions, are urged not to attend or avoid gatherings with 10 people or more.
