I am not good with words but y'all know how much she meant to me when growing up. We had some really good times. Take care of yourselves and love yourselves. I have been praying for you Danny, the girls, Buddy and of course Lillie.

Linda is my mother's cousin and my second, being the oldest in my family, she felt more like a big sister to me. My sister and I were flower girls in her wedding to Danny. I remember going into her room whenever we were over to visit, she would not be there at the time as she was out with Danny, I would just lay and look at all the beautiful art she created on the walls. If only I had a camera back then to have the memories, she was so talented. As I got older, I did not see her much, my mother who worked at Clip N Curl when I was younger, did my hair until she passed in 2005 and that is when Linda took over and that she did. She had such an ability at doing hair, she was born for it like her mom. My appointments were not just appointments, it was time to catch up on family stuff and life. We always had the best conversations and laughs too. My sincere condolences goes out to my Aunt Lillie, Danny, Blanca, Tessa, her granchildren, Little Buddy and Jason and all who loved her.

Linda had the most beautiful smile. I don't know of a time that I went to Clip'n Curl seeing Linda without a smile & an upbeat personality. We will all miss that smile. I pray that God will keep Lillie & the Rangel family strong during this difficult time. Linda
will always be in our hearts. Billy & Ann Pannell

Thirty five years ago a coworker, Karen Ledesma, recommended Linda to me. I went to her shop at First and Stassney and followed her to Ben White and then her mom's. She started out as my hairdresser and ended up as a most precious friend. I can't begin to say how much I will miss her, her laughter, her movie reviews, our stories. She made me feel and look beautiful. Her family was her life and love.

We met Linda and family years ago through New Hope Church. What a wonderful lady and family. Linda cut my husbands hair (Pastor Mark Weaver) every month for so many years and kept him looking sharp. Every month Mark would have that time with Linda to talk about what God was doing in her life - all the things she was praying for herself and her family and what she was asking God to do for them. Month after month they would slowly see Gods work. The Rangels and her mom Lily have been through many trials and those things are not ever easy. Linda’s faith and salvation have seen her through and I pray that God will help all the family as they face this painful loss. Linda was such a blessing to her family and all her customers with her caring spirit and fun personality. She will be missed so much. To her husband and to the children and all her family. Love and prayers to you all. Cindy Weaver.

In 32 years, I had only one other person cut my hair! Yes, it was a big mistake!!! Linda even cut & styled my wigs when I went through chemo. We shared so much about music & concerts we went to. People can say they’ve been touched by someone, well when your hair stylist touches you, then you’ve really been touched! Linda’s ability to do precision haircuts was unbelievable, I’ll miss her so much. Fly on sweet angel. See you on the other side.

Linda cut my hair for many years... until my son married a hair stylist and I felt obligated to have her do my hair. Then we moved far away. I will always remember her beautiful smile and how much she loved her family! She always talked about her Mom and her children. I can't wait to see her again in Heaven because I'm sure that is where she is. She will be missed so much.

I'll tell you all, Linda was so precious to me! There wasn't a time that went by that when i saw her, she wasn't complimenting me on the way i cut my hair. She always told me i should be cutting hair.. She was such a beautiful soul. Through the years, we weren't very close, but, we never skipped a beat when we got back together. I love her so very much!! To her husband and children, and grandchildren, i know i cannot speak on her worth to you, because there are no words; I'm sorry for your loss!!!! To my dear Aunt Lilly, i wish i could take your pain, but God is the only entity that can do anything about any pain we have. I love you all, Cousin Judy Whited Vences

Linda was a special person in our lives since we met at New Hope Church where our daughters became fast friends. I used to tease you that I should pay you child support for all the time Gabrielle spent staying at your house, even taking her on vacations! Over the years you’ve been my hairdresser and friend. I pray for peace and understanding through this difficult time till we see each other again.
