Obituary of Manuela C. Ramirez

Our beloved Manuela C. Ramirez, age 98, was called to our Heavenly Father on Sunday, December 1, 2019.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Manuel Ramirez; her parents, Gavino and Juanita Castillo; her son, Manuel Ramirez, Jr.; her grandson, Larry Espinosa, Jr. son-in-law, Carlos Cardenas and her five brothers and four sisters.

Manuela is survived by her children, Hope Cardenas, Catarina "Cathy" Ramirez (Roman Zacarias), Roberta "Bertha" Ramirez (Johnny Galvez), and Pete Ramirez; her treasured 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren, and many other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Sunday, December 8, 2019 with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.

A Scripture Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 9, 2019 also at Mission Funeral Home - South Side.  Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
