Our Precious Mother, Grandmother, Maria Guadalupe I. Ysla, 71, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Thursday July 18, 2002. Leaving her family with the example of her strong faith in God and many beautiful memorable memories to sustain them. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 49 years Augustine Cervantes Ysla, Sr.. She is survived by her children; Daughters, Lucia Ysla, Annie Fabian, Martha Dunkerly, of Austin, Sons; Augustin Ysla Jr., Joel Ysla both of Austin and Guadalupe Ysla of Arlington, TX., Sisters; Lorine Surita, Simona Torres and Antonia L. Sosa, Brothers; Sam Ibarra and Leon Ibarra all of Austin. Also survived by 17 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Rosary will be recited 7:00 pm Sunday, Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10:00 am Monday at San Jose Catholic Church with Officiant Fr. Kevin Rai and Deacon Romeo Sanchez. Committal will follow at Assumption Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Michael Ysla, Joshua Bazan, Tony Bazan, David Ysla, Jimmy Fabian and Joe Lopez. Honorary pallbearers are Trinidad Lopez and John Ysla.
