Obituary of Albert Tamez

Our beloved Albert Tamez, age 53, a lifelong resident of Austin, took his place among the stars on November 6, 2019. He is reunited with his father, Alberto Tamez, and his sister, Carol Tamez. 

Albert is survived by his mother, Maria Alicia Tamez; his sister, JoAnn Tamez-Estrada, and her spouse, Bennie Estrada; his nieces, Ashley Fowler, and her spouse, Austin, Chelsea Ward, Angelica Montez, and her spouse, Abel Pacheco; his nephews, Mario Montez, and Izrael Gutierrez; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaden Ward, Dylan Ward, Nathan Ward, Aubreille Fowler, Liam Pacheco, and Mila Pacheco; aunts, uncles, many cousins, other family members, and friends. 

Memorial Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m., with Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, November 30, 2019, at Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, Texas. The chapel will close at 4:00 p.m. 

This will conclude services.
