I worked with Alfredo at TxDOT. He was a very comfortable person to be around. I had been keeping in contact with him up until last year. We met up for lunch a number of times and also met up with him at the TSA convention I believe last year. So surprised to hear of his passing. My sincere condolences to the family. He would often talk about his family. Very good man with good heart.
