Obituary of Augustine Moreno, Jr.

Our beloved Augustine Moreno, Jr., age 53, was called to our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, September 11, 2019.  He was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Roxanne Serna.

Augustine is survived by his parents, Augustine, Sr. and Bacilia Moreno; his sons Anthony (Selena Rocha) and Augustine (Lena Cantu) III; his grandchildren, Stassanie Moreno, Sereanna Moreno, Madyson Moreno, and Ashton Moreno; his siblings, Daniel Moreno and his wife, Monica, Steve Moreno, and Susan (John Contreras) Moreno, and many other loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, September 19, 2019 with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Texas.

Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 20, 2019 at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 1206 E. 9th St., Austin, Texas.  Burial will follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 IH 35 S., Austin, Texas.
