Dear Becky and Sedillo Family: I was so sadden to hear of the passing of your mother, my Tia Minga. I am so very sorry for your loss. Tia was a great lady and a very kind aunt to me. She always let me know she cared about me by calling me to see how I was doing. At the end of every phone call she always said, “I am praying for you and I love you.” She made me feel special and loved. Just this weekend, I came across her birthday on an old calendar of mine. I thought of her with fond memories. I guess it was her way of telling me she was in God’s care now. I remember that hot summer day when we went to the cemetery in Cedar Creek. She knew I was researching my family history and she offered to show me how to get there. And she did! After that I treated her to a Dan’s burger and she shared stories with me. I love you Tia and I will miss you. You are now with my dad, Chris, your sibling.
