Our beloved Mrs. Guadalupe C. Maldonado, age 72, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday May 14, 2002. She was preceded in death by her parents Mr. & Mrs. Santos G. Chapa, a Daughter Terry Salinas and 3 Brothers.Survivors include: Beloved Husband of 55 years; Teofilo C. Maldonado, Daughters; Alice Saucedo and husband Frank G., Sr., Linda C. Rodriguez and husband Adam, Sr., Sons; David Maldonado and wife Beatrice, Oscar Maldonado and wife Laura and Paul Maldonado all of Austin. She is also survived by 18 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren.
Recitation of rosary Wednesday 7:30pm at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday 10:00am at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Franciscan Friars will officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are her Grandsons Steven Salinas, Frank Saucedo, Jr., Eric Saucedo, Jasent Rodriguez, Michael Salinas, Mark and Adam Rodriguez, Mark Maldonado and Daniel Salinas.
