Obituary of Felix Ybarra

Our beloved Felix Serrano Ybarra, age 56, was called to our Heavenly Father.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Alicia Serrano Zamarripa.

Felix is survived by his father, Domingo Ybarra; his loving children, Ashley Harnett and her husband, Jeremiah, Felix Ybarra, Jr., Crystal Ybarra, Felicia Ybarra, and Zion Ybarra; his grandchildren, Niccolas Harnett, Kayden Harnett, Noah Matthew Harnett, Elizabeth Lopez, Faith Lopez, Layla Lopez, Deslynn Reyna, Ruben Ramirez, and his grandson that he raised as a son, Caidence "Alex" Pugh; his siblings, Gloria Ybarra Mueller, Louis Ybarra and his wife, Melva, Mary Alice Ybarra, Jeanette Ramirez, Domingo Ybarra, Jr., Zarla Zamarripa and her husband, Aaron Witkowski, and Kilan Zamarripa and her husband, David Pluchinksy; his step-father, Jesse Zamarripa; as well as numerous other loving family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Eli Villasana, Joseph Mueller, Michael Ybarra, Christopher Ahumada, Domingo Ybarra III, and Dominic Ybarra.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Niccolas Harnett, Kayden Harnett, Noah Matthew Harnett, Caidence "Alex" Pugh, and Ruben Ramirez.

The family has established a gofundme (link) to help with funeral and burial expenses.  As many know, Felix fought hard medically after being hit by a car.  In advance the family appreciates all your love and support throughout his battle.

Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m., Monday, August 5, 2019 with a Prayer Service beginning at 7:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.

A Funeral Service will begin at 11:00, Tuesday, August 6, 2019 also at the funeral home.  Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery, Austin, Texas.
