Obituary of Carolina Limon Marquez

Our Beloved Carolina "Carrie" Marquez, age 77, resident of Round Rock, Texas, was born into eternal life on Monday, July 15, 2019. She was reunited with her husband, Guadalupe "Lupe" T. Marquez; her son, John Thomas Marquez; her daughter, Christina Marie Marquez; her parents, Julian Limon and Magdalena Sanchez Limon; her sisters, Mary Lobato Vidouria and Julia Escobar; her brother, Alex Limon; her brothers-in-law, Manuel Lobato, Ralph Vidouria, Manuel De La Cruz, Pete Estrada, Steve Escobar, Cruz Marcias, John Galvan, Domingo Rodriguez, and Thomas Maldonado, and sisters-in-law, Pat Limon and Eva Limon. 

Carrie is survived by her son, Guadalupe Marquez, Jr., and his spouse, Mina; her grandsons, Christopher Marquez, and John Thomas Marquez II; her great-grandchildren, Leonardo Guadalupe Marquez, Aaliyah Marquez, Tre Marquez, Ryen "Major" Marquez, and Ayanna Marquez; her siblings, Paula De La Cruz, Josie Limon, Tom Limon, and his companion, Norma Hernandez, Anita Montez, and her spouse, Paul Montez, Angie Rodriguez, Esther Maldonado, and Pete Limon, and his spouse, Olga; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends. 

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, Texas. The chapel will close Sunday evening at 9:00 p.m., and re-open the following morning, Monday, July 22, 2019, at 8:00 a.m. 

Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Monday morning, at Cristo Rey Catholic Church 2208 East Second Street, Austin, Texas. 

Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
